The dreaded “Price Increase” – 1 July 2016

priceIncreaseUnfortunately, the words “Price Increase” are never welcomed. However we try our best to maintain competitive pricing for as long as possible.

Our products and services have continued to be updated and improved during this time, both from a functionality and technology perspective. We continue to invest significant dollars into research and development to ensure your investment in our products and services is maintained and continues to represent exceptional value.

Since 2014, we have maintained our price structure without any increase in charges. However we, like all companies, are not immune from cost pressures and increases in a broad range of services we consume to provide our customers with the level of service you have come to expect.

The compound CPI increase since 2014 (as published by the Reserve Bank of Australia) is 3.6%. Therefore we need to apply a modest increase in our charges to reflect a part recovery of the cost increases we have experienced over these last two and a half years.

The new charges will take effect from 1st July 2016 – click here for details. A letter detailing the changes has also been sent to your mailing address.

Should you require further information or clarification please contact either Peter Mayhood or myself on 03 8645 5500.
