Our Support Team is available to assist with your system-related problems and will work with you to get things underway as quickly as possible. There are two Support Options and these are clearly explained our Support Structure document. Our Support Hours are also listed below for quick reference.

  • Pre-paid Support:
    • 8.30am – 10.00pm (AEST/ADST)
    • Monday – Sunday
  • Pay-per-call Support:
    • 8.30am – 5.30pm (AEST/ADST)
    • Monday – Friday (excl Public Holidays)
