Make sure you can always access our 1300 Support Line by keeping your Prepaid Balance in Credit. The minimum purchase is $264.00 inc GST, but multiple blocks may be purchased if required.
Having Prepaid Credit keeps your PIN active allowing you to call our 1300 Support Line during our published support hours. Calls are billed in 15 minute blocks so each $264.00 block equates to eight 15 minute calls. Most importantly, your Prepaid Credit does not expire, allowing you to use it today, next month, or in 2 years time.
