Payroll Module – all:
Legislative Changes: New tax rates for 1 July 2011 are included with this update. Standard tax scales include the Flood Levy. Additional tax scales have been included for employees who are exempt from the Flood Levy. These start with 'z' to group them at the end of the list.
Wage Employees and Salary Employees: When inserting employees, the Employee Code will find an available code if the highest possible code (999 for 3 digit codes) is already in use.
Employee Listing: Now has a layout showing email address.
Payroll Module – McDonald's Only:
Employee Import provides improved visibility and control of employee data changes coming from eBOS.
Employee Audit allows you to see who changed employee setups and when.
Pending Leave Dates allow for managing of final pays when leave dates come from eBOS.
Wage Pay Details now has the option "Apply as Leave Date", which, if checked, saves the payment date as a leave date for the employee (and deletes schedule information and removes the clock code). This feature can be used in conjunction with Pending Leave Date, or by itself.

The COSMOS 21+ Group is pleased to announce the immediate release of OnTarget Enterprise Version 6.153. (for Enterprise Payroll clients).
New Features:
Electronic Certificates – now produces file in new 2010 format (version 10.0) for year ending June 2010 or later. (If run for year ending June 2009 or earlier, the certificates are produced in version 9.0 format.)
Electronic Certificates – New Master Control File tabs have fields for separate Payer and Supplier information. This will allow a payroll agent to supply electronic certificates to the ATO on behalf of the payer.
Sites must configure MCF tabs ATO Payer, ATO Supplier, ATO Supplier (cont) before generating electronic certificates. If addresses have only two lines, Line 2 should be left blank ("Suburb, Town or City" line should contain town/city info).
PAYG Certificates – layout conforms to 2010 standard (no change from 2009).
PAYG Certificates – now has option to email. If Email option is checked, report will be emailed to all employees who have an email address, and will print for others.
Emailed Reports – the Report Options window no longer opens for each emailed report. Ie, the user does not have to turn off Report See More Detail before running reports with email options (if they normally have this option on).
