OnTarget Module: Messaging & Manager's Diary

The Messaging and Managers Diary module is an electronic version of the manager’s diary. It provides a method of sending and receiving messages between managers at the store. Messages can be sent to an individual or to all managers. Whenever a manager logs onto the system any unanswered messages will be presented to them for action. Facilities exist to monitor messages that have not been responded to and to determine how long to keep messages in the system.
