OnTarget Module: Payroll and Labour Control

A complete payroll and labour control system that captures employee clockings electronically and reports actual labour against scheduled labour on a daily basis. This data is then used for calculating the payroll and keeping detailed records of all employees.

Key features include: flexible operating procedures such as running payroll centrally from an administration office or running at an individual store. Payrolls can be can also be run remotely via modems.

Extensive reporting including complete payroll records, payslips, group certificates, banking details, leave accruals, superannuation and labour analysis.

Handles EBA’s and the associated reporting requirements comparing payments under the EBA compared to an award.

Flexible award structure that caters for multiple awards and conditions thereby eliminating the need for the manual calculation of penalties and allowances.

Links with the major banking software.

Integrated with other modules e.g. Cash for reporting labour in various reports, Scheduling for maintaining availability and training grades, General Ledger for reporting labour costs in the P&L.
