The Scheduling (Rosters) module is fully integrated with the Payroll and provides an easy to use system to schedule crew and managers to ensure the levels of service and quality are met in the most cost effective manner.
Key features include:
Option to schedule by either sales value or transaction count (customers).
Option to automatically allocate crew to shifts based on criteria established by the user.
Maintains training records and training grades.
Allows for multiple school holidays e.g. state school, private school, university etc.
Labour guides (manning tables) can be varied for a specified time by applying a percentage increase/decrease without the need to completely revise the tables.
Shows shortages and excesses of scheduled labour.
Has a facility to restrict crew to a specified number of shifts and hours and to check the impact of additional shifts on items such as SGC (Superannuation Guarantee Charge).
Comprehensive reporting for line bars, crew shifts, training requirements, replacement shift availability, exception reporting.
System allows the mechanics of scheduling to be reduced significantly so that more time can be spent tuning the schedules.
